Body, Mind & Soul
"I wish I could show you, when you are lonely or in darkness, the astonishing Light of your own Being"
Life is an amazing journey filled with beautiful moments, terrifying moments, and just about everything in between. No matter what you're experiencing, you're not alone. Be it an eating disorder, high anxiety, reliving past trauma, or feeling heartbroken or homesick, there's a way to heal.
My approach is eclectic and tailored to fit the needs of each person I work with. Focusing on the mind-body connection, I provide therapeutic healing opportunities for older children, adolescents and adults. I believe in a holistic approach, and collaborate with body workers, acupuncturists, nutritionists, and other healing professionals when you and I agree this may be helpful. In addition, I work closely with, and supervise, an eating disorder peer mentor/coach, who offers my clients with more challenging eating disorders additional support between sessions. This is a great way to transition, when stepping down from a higher level of care, and a way for some clients to prevent the need for inpatient or residential treatment.
I am passionate about helping you on this journey, so you can feel both at peace with, and excited about life!
